Organization: Concern Worldwide
Country: Jordan, World
Registration deadline: 25 Nov 2019
Starting date: 13 Jan 2020
Ending date: 22 May 2020

The National NGO Program on Humanitarian Leadership (NNPHL) is delighted to announce that we are now accepting applications for the NNPHL.7 Leadership Training Program, Middle East.

The NNPHL program, which receives support from USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance, is managed by Concern Worldwide and its partners, International Medical Corps and Harvard Humanitarian Initiative.

NNPHL, now going into its fifth year, is an innovative training and professional development initiative for humanitarian professionals, combining a rigorous curriculum of in-person leadership training, online learning and coaching. By the end of this learning process, NNPHL participants will have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to take on leadership responsibilities within a variety of humanitarian organizations.

NNPHL training programs are free-of-charge and open to mid-level professionals from non-governmental or community-based organizations who have experience in one or more humanitarian emergency situations. NNPHL prioritizes staff from local or national NGOs and CBOs who aspire to take on decision-making and leadership responsibilities in the humanitarian sector.

The NNPHL.7 call for applications is seeking a cohort based in the Middle East. The upcoming blended learning course includes an in-person training in Jordan in March 2020.

Please note that the application deadline is November 25th, 2019.

While NNPHL is not designed for senior-level staff or humanitarian professional working at UN agencies or government organizations, we invite you to share this announcement with your national NGO colleagues and relevant humanitarian networks.
